Practicante en Ingeniería de Sistemas
EnIntouchCX estamos buscamos practicante de Ingeniería de Sistemas con interés en desarrollo y análisis de datos, para cumplir las siguientes funciones:
- Creación de reportes operativos (Diseñar y estructurar reportes periódicos) en data studio y/o excel
- Analizar los reportes actuales y proponer mejoras para automatizar cálculos, reducir tiempos de elaboración y mejorar la precisión
- Trabajar de la mano con analistas y supervisores de Workforce Management para comprender necesidades operativas y desarrollar soluciones personalizadas.
- Proponer e implementar soluciones de automatización mediante lenguajes como Python, SQL o herramientas de scripting.
- Documentar los procesos optimizados para facilitar su replicación o futura mejora.
- Asegurar que los reportes se actualicen de manera puntual y precisa.
